  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale, such as swimwear and bodysuits, are not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your invoice and the RA number in the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
